SHIPPING POLICY

We ship wholesale orders worldwide, with a focus on North America and Europe.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Each order is inspected before shipment.

Shipping methods: We offer sea freight (FOB/CIF), air freight (DDP/DDU available), and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for smaller orders.

Shipping costs: Freight is calculated individually per order based on order weight, volume and destination. You will receive a shipping quote before payment — no hidden fees.

Delivery time:
- Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5-10 business days
- Air freight: 10-20 business days
- Sea freight: 30-50 days to major ports

Order tracking: Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

Customs and duties: Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are agreed in advance.
